Management Training Program
Our primary objective is to teach our management trainees every part and role within our company. Not only do we train them on the sales and customer service side, but also on all aspects of Human Resources, financials, leadership, management and working with our clients on a larger scale.
Our focus through in this is to develop our trainees from a sales type of position into a management role at some point in the near future. That would potentially mean either working with us in the Columbus area to continue to help us grow with our current clients.
Another option is to lead an expansion by growing into a new market with a brand new client. Our company is rapidly growing in the Columbus area, and we can't wait to expand further with our committed team.

Sales Training
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Representing brands (cellular mobility services + home and business WIFI and television)
- Providing award-winning customer service
- Communicate with customers on the sales floor to qualify their needs
- Handle sales, account management and service upgrades
- Increasing brand awareness – staying up to date on new products and promotions
- Providing interactive sales presentations and accurate pricing quotes
